Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and COMCREATIV LLC, the company behind StayErased.

By creating a StayErased account, submitting a phone number for a scan, or subscribing to StayErased, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use StayErased.

StayErased is a subscription service that finds and removes your personal information from data brokers and people-search websites, and checks for it again on an ongoing basis for as long as you subscribe.

We are not a consumer reporting agency, and nothing we provide is a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or any similar law.

StayErased is not intended for, and must not be used to make, any decision about a person's eligibility for credit, employment, tenancy, or insurance.

When you check the authorization box at checkout, you appoint COMCREATIV LLC as your agent for the limited purpose of submitting removal requests to data brokers and people-search sites on your behalf.

By giving that authorization, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are searching for, and authorizing the removal of, your own information only. We rely on that confirmation; we do not independently verify your age or identity beyond it.

We file removal requests with the data brokers and people-search sites we cover, and we re-check for your information on a recurring cycle for as long as your subscription is active.

Brokers respond on their own timelines, which vary and are outside our control. Removed records can also reappear when a broker collects new data from other sources, which is why StayErased is an ongoing subscription rather than a one-time sweep.

We do not guarantee that any specific broker will honor a removal request, that a removal will be permanent, or that your information will never reappear in a broker's records.

Your subscription activates, and our analysis of your exposure begins, the moment your payment is processed. There is no waiting period before work starts.

Removal requests are then filed with the brokers we cover in ongoing cycles for as long as your subscription remains active.

StayErased is offered as an annual subscription billed at $107.88 upfront (equivalent to $8.99/month), or as a monthly subscription billed at $14.99/month.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel first.

Your billing anniversary, the date your subscription started or last renewed, is your charge date for every future renewal.

You can cancel at any time, in one click, from your account. Canceling stops future renewal charges; on its own, it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period (see Refunds below).

Within the first 30 days: a full refund of your purchase.

Days 31 through 90: a refund of 50% of the unused months remaining on your term.

Months already elapsed on your subscription are not refundable.

Requests go to contact@stayerased.com and we process them promptly.

You may use StayErased only to search for, and authorize the removal of, your own personal information.

You may not use StayErased to search for anyone else's information, including a family member's, unless that person has separately authorized you to act as their agent. You may never use StayErased to search for a minor (anyone under 18), including yourself if you are under 18.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine you have used StayErased in violation of this section.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COMCREATIV LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of StayErased, including damages related to a data broker's handling of a removal request or to information that reappears after removal.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If we make changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Continuing to use StayErased after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
