Within the first 30 days: a full refund of your purchase.

Days 31 through 90: a refund of 50% of the unused months remaining on your term.

Months already elapsed on your subscription are not refundable.

Email contact@stayerased.com with the email address on your account and the reason for your request.

We process refund requests promptly and reply to confirm once your refund has been issued.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
