StayErased is a subscription service operated by COMCREATIV LLC. We currently offer StayErased in the United States.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through StayErased, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have over it.

The phone number you submit when you start a scan.

The identity and exposure records our data partners return about you in response to that scan. This can include your name, age, current and past addresses, phone numbers linked to you, and the names of relatives listed alongside you in those records.

The email address on your account.

The status of your payments (for example, whether a payment succeeded, failed, or was refunded), as reported to us by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card number, expiration date, or security code; our payment processor handles that information directly.

We use the personal information described above for one purpose: to show you your own exposure and to file removal requests with data brokers and people-search sites as your authorized agent.

We never use this data for lead generation, marketing lists, or any credit, employment, tenant, or insurance eligibility decision.

Before we file any removal on your behalf, you authorize us in writing, at checkout, to act as your agent for that purpose. That authorization is what lets us contact data brokers and people-search sites on your behalf under US privacy law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

By giving that authorization, you also confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are searching for, and authorizing removal of, your own information only.

We share personal information only with the parties who help us run StayErased, and only to the extent needed to do so: the data-lookup partners who return exposure records to us, the data brokers and people-search sites we send removal requests to on your behalf, our payment processor, and our email provider.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information only as long as needed to perform your removals and to maintain your account.

When you delete your account, we delete your information along with it.

Personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Access to it is limited to the people who need it to perform removals.

We keep no personal data in our application logs.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and the right to request that we delete it.

StayErased is not directed to, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from anyone under 18.

If we make changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised policy on this page.
